Western Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw’s workplace is searching for $3.9 million from an online payday loan lender

to make and gathering payday advances in violation of the court purchase, based on a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

National Employees Credit Center (GECC) Inc., located in Delaware, owner Vincent Ney and companies that are related in line with the lawsuit, proceeded to get GECC’s loans in western Virginia after having a February 2007 court purchase instructed them to get rid of.
